Machine Layout
Process Coil →Roll forming →Cut-off to length → Finished products.
Features 1. Forming speed: Max 25-30 Meter per minute. Speed is adjustable.
2. Automatic hydraulic cut-off device :
   Hydraulic power system is easy operation. Cut-off blade material is alloy steel
   SKD11, vacuum heat treatment, hardness is HRC 58-61°, wear-resistant,
   rigid structure, and durable.
3. Product length: 1 ~ 6 Meter, length is adjustable.
4. Length tolerance: ±3.0mm.
Specification A. Uncoiler x one unit.
  1. Loading capacity : 1,100 Kgs
  2. Coil specification : O.D: 1,200 mm. / I.D.: 480 – 510 mm.
                                     Plate width : 250 mm.
  3. By hand expansion to tighten the coil.
  4. Pulling force from roll forming machine.  
B. Uncoiler for pre-painted steel x one unit.

  2. Coil specification : OD: 1,200 mm / ID: 480 – 510 mm,

C. Cold roll forming machine x one unit.
  1. Model : G-240-CL type. (Change able type)
  2. Roll Forming stands : 12 stands or depends on profiles with entry guide
                                       roller stand.
  3. The machine base is made of high-strength steel with precise welding,
    stress relief treatment.
     Each stand will have an individual worm gear reduction, and common drive shaft
     to make all rollers are running simultaneously.
  4. Main driving motor: 7.5 HP .
  5. Forming rollers: one full set.
  6. Roll shaft: Ø40mm, in mild steel.
  7. Roller material: Alloy steel SKD11 with heat treatment.
     Hardness is HRC 58-61, wear-resistant and long life.
D. Automatic hydraulic cut-off device x one unit
  1. Cut-off blades are in alloy steel SKD11 with vacuum heat treatment,     
      Hardness up to HRC 58 – 61, wear-resistant, rigid steel structure and durable.
  2. Cut-off length: 1 – 6 Meter, Length adjustable. Length tolerance within ±3.0mm.
  3. Hydraulic pack (3 HP): 1 set.
  4. Cut-off blade: 5 sets.
